Position Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales efforts within large and complex organizations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep experience in navigating multi-stakeholder environments, closing seven-figure deals, and building lasting enterprise relationships. You will represent a broad portfolio of solutions spanning CX (UCaaS/CCaaS), network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, managed services, and professional services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts through strategic selling and long-term relationship development.
- Sell across a full stack of enterprise offerings: UCaaS, CCaaS, SD-WAN, dedicated internet, managed connectivity, NOC services, wireless failover, and professional services.
- Engage executive stakeholders and technical influencers across IT, network operations, and procurement teams.
- Develop and execute account strategies, driving net-new wins, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across multiple lines of business.
- Proactively manage your pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads within the current customer base, ensuring consistent progress through deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to strengthen client relationships and design and deliver customized, high-impact solutions as well as exceptional support, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide regular reporting on account growth progress, sales performance, and forecasted opportunities to senior management.
- Travel as needed to support the business, up to 80%.
- Maintain a consultative, value-based approach focused on delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
- Accurately forecast enterprise pipeline and revenue in CRM systems; ensure deal hygiene and reporting discipline. Utilize CRM tools to track account activity, maintain accurate records, and identify trends for potential expansion opportunities.
What you need to be successful:
- 5-10+ years of enterprise sales in telecom or network services.
- Deep understanding of network products and services, including SD-WAN, dedicated internet, broadband aggregation, private WAN, and cloud interconnects.
- Demonstrable success in managing long sales cycles and closing complex six and seven-figure deals.
- Proven experience selling into Fortune 1000 (or similarly complex) accounts.
- Expertise in CX technologies (UCaas/CCaas), network services, wireless, and managed services offerings.
- Experience selling network managed services such as NOC monitoring, incident response, ticket lifecycle management, and proactive network performance analytics.
Familiarity with enterprise hardware solutions (e.g., firewalls, switches, routers, access points) and licensing models from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or Juniper.
Background in delivering wireless solutions such as LTE/5G backup, wireless WAN, private LTE/CBRS, and enterprise mobility management.
Knowledge of network procurement cycles, carrier sourcing, and contract negotiation for large-scale deployments. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence IT decision-makers and business stakeholders.

Base Salary Range:
$85,000 - $110,000
The Salary Range provided for this role is informed by (but not limited to) various factors, including responsibilities of the position, work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, geography, as well as other market influences when extending an offer.
